Produced during 2010/2011, ‘Music for a While’ is an album of sample-based music fusing numerous genres and sounds from all over the world. It was created almost solely with an MPC1000, classic sampler and drum-machine. By taking excerpts from a huge variety of records, chopping them up and re-mixing them, there emerges a unique blend of glitchy electronica, folk and classical music; experience the transformation of sounds which have washed over you for years.
